Treasured Passions Custom Order Process

We are so excited to create a one-of-a-kind piece just for you! Please review our custom order process carefully before placing your order.

Step 1: Place Your Deposit

  • A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to start any custom order.

  • $25 is the minimum cost for most custom orders.

  • If your total custom order cost is more than $25, your deposit will be applied toward the final balance.

  • Please note: Sales and coupon codes do not apply to custom orders.

Step 2: Submit Your Custom Request

After your deposit is submitted:

  1. During checkout, include the following in the Order Notes section:

    • A clear description of what you would like created

    • Your phone number so we can connect with you directly

  2. Once we receive your deposit, a Treasured Passions representative will reach out within 1-2 business days to confirm the details of your request and gather any additional information.

  3. You have five (5) business days from the date of your deposit to respond and finalize your order details.

    • If we do not hear back from you within five business days, your deposit will be forfeited, and the order will be canceled.

Step 3: Review & Approve Your Final Design

  • Once your design details are confirmed, we will provide:

    • The final cost of your order

    • Estimated completion and delivery timeline

  • You must approve the design and pay the remaining balance before production begins.

Step 4: Creation & Delivery

  • After the final balance is paid, we will begin creating your custom piece.

  • You will be updated on progress and notified when your order is ready for pickup or shipment.

Important Policies

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: All custom order deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

  • Time-Sensitive Communication: Customers must connect with Treasured Passions within five business days of their deposit to finalize order details.

  • No Sales or Coupons: Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to custom work.

  • Clear Communication = Happy Results! Please provide as much detail as possible to ensure we bring your vision to life.
